Full day 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., earlier start on request. Half day 5 hours. Every booking includes video conferencing, Wi-Fi, refreshments, printing and scanning, reception with separate party routing, and on-site parking. Notary available for an additional fee.

Depositions & Legal Proceedings

Deposition-ready rooms at straightforward rates, with AV for remote participants, printing for exhibits, and court reporter and legal videographer referrals on request. Examinations under oath, mock trials, jury focus groups, and expert witness preparation welcome.

Real Estate Mediation

California real estate disputes start at mediation. The standard C.A.R. purchase agreement requires mediation before litigation, and court-ordered mediation expands in January 2027. Bloom serves real estate, construction, and HOA matters with the room structure these mediations need, in a venue owned and operated by a licensed California real estate professional.
